Return Policy

IMPORTANT:

We ship from Canada and items at any cost are charged customs upon arrival in Canada so that also means your returns. We HIGHLY suggest you purchase your correct size so you do not have to return it. We will deduct that from your store credit if we are charged.

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a store credit and place a new order. We do not accept returns in exchange for a refund. We do not offer refunds. You have 14 days to let us know about returning the package in its original packaging with original tags and labels attached. Items that have not been returned in their original packaging, with missing tags and labels, or have been worn/washed will not be accepted and sent back to you. Shipping and return postage are up to you. Once we have shipped the order and have provided the customer with tracking information, we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. We are also not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that customers return their items using a tracked postal service and notify us at customerservice@fumithelabel.com with the tracking information.

Shipping Company

We currently ship worldwide with DHL Express.

Military Adress

If you wish to ship to a military address please email us prior to completing your order at customerservice@fumithelabel.com so we can set up alternative shipping for you. If you fail to do so and we ship via DHL it will be returned back to us. You will then have to pay the customs fees for the return and the second shipping fee for it to be correctly shipped to you. 

 P.O Boxes

If you wish to ship to a post office box please email us prior to completing your order at customerservice@fumithelabel.com so we can set up alternative shipping for you.

Europe/UK

Please note that all orders to EU countries are liable for customs and duties charges beyond our control. 

USA

Shipments to the USA are not charged custom fees on orders below $800 USD. If you wish to order beyond that value we suggest splitting your order into two to avoid paying customs fees. However, if you do not do this and are charged, those fees are yours to pay. 

If you refuse our package upon delivery, the package will be returned to us. We will then be charged customs fees and we will deduct that from your store credit. If we do not hear from you, and for any reason, the package then gets destroyed by DHL, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
