How do I keep up on all things Fumi The Label?
You can subscribe to our email and/or exclusive text club to know all new arrivals, promotions or updates.
How long until my order is shipped out?
We ship orders within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, but it depends on the item’s availability. Please send an email to customerservice@fumithelabel.com and we’ll be happy to be of assistance to you.
Do you provide return labels?
Yes we do via our return portal. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, if we are charged a fee for custom duties if the return is declined because of duties and taxes, it will be deducted out of your store credit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Custom fees however are the customer’s responsibility upon arrival. For more detailed information about shipping please check out our delivery page.
Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?
No, we don't offer exchanges. You may however return your item and upon receipt we will issue you a store credit and then you may order your correct item of choice.
Do you offer refunds?
No.

- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct
- Please make sure the number of items are correct and are the correct sizes
