How long until my order is shipped out?

Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of the order date.

Pre-Orders

Each pre-order date will be listed in the item's description box.

YOU MUST ORDER PRE-ORDER AND AVAILABLE ITEMS SEPERATELY IN ORDER FOR YOUR ITEMS TO NOT BE SHIPPED WHEN YOUR PRE-ORDER ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, but it depends on the item’s availability. Please send an email to customerservice@fumithelabel.com and we’ll be happy to be of assistance to you.

Do you provide return labels?

No we do not. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally with DHL Express. Custom fees however are the customer’s responsibility upon arrival. For more detailed information about shipping please check out our delivery page.

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?

No, we don't offer exchanges. You may however return your item and upon receipt for non-sale items and we will issue you a store credit and you may then order your correct item of choice.

Do you offer refunds?

No, if you're having second thoughts about your items and looking to make a return or exchange, breathe easy. Purchases made within 14 days can be returned for store credit and you may then re-purchase a new item/s.
