How long until my order is shipped out?

We ship orders within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, but it depends on the item’s availability. Please send an email to info@fumithelabel.com and we’ll be happy to be of assistance to you.

Do you provide return labels?

No we do not. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Custom fees however are the customer’s responsibility upon arrival. For more detailed information about shipping please check out our delivery page.

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?

We currently do not accept exchanges. You however are able to return your items that are in the same condition as received by using our return portal.
