If you need a different size or style, simply return your item for store credit and use your credit to place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

You have 14 days to let us know about a return. Items must come back in their original packaging with original tags and labels attached. Anything returned without original packaging, with missing tags/labels, or worn/washed will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Shipping and return postage are your responsibility.

Once an order is shipped and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses — including returned packages. Please return via a tracked service and email the tracking to customerservice@fumithelabel.com.

All sale items are final sale, no exceptions.

We currently ship worldwide with DHL Express.

DHL does not ship to military addresses. If you are shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address, please email customerservice@fumithelabel.com before placing your order so we can arrange an alternative shipping method.

If an order is placed with a military address and shipped via DHL, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any return customs fees and the additional shipping cost required to resend your order.

All orders to EU countries are liable for customs and duties charges beyond our control.

Due to recent changes to U.S. customs regulations, U.S. orders are now subject to customs duties, tariffs, and/or import fees regardless of order value.

Any customs duties, tariffs, or import fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that these fees are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are outside of Fumi The Label’s control.

If you refuse a package upon delivery, it will be returned to us. Any return shipping charges, customs duties, or other fees incurred by Fumi The Label will be deducted from your store credit. Return shipping charges are typically lower than the original customs duties charged on the order.

If a package is held by the carrier and we do not hear from you within the required timeframe, the carrier may dispose of or destroy the package. If the package is destroyed, the order will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
