Return Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the 14 days, no items will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to be approved by us to begin the process. If we receive your return and it is not in good condition, we will have to return it back to you, and the cost will be taken out of your refund.

To start a return, you can visit our return portal. Shipping charges or custom fees for returns/exchanges are not credited. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are also non-refundable.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like bodysuits, earrings and anything that has an under garment. Items wanting to be returned after the policy return date will not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items by contacting customerservice@fumithelabel.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards for any reason.

Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, with no exceptions.

Order/Return processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, you must return your item and once received we will issue you a store credit in which case you may re-purchase your item of choice.


Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, only store credit.

Custom Duties
Fumi The Label is not liable for any extra custom fees charged by individual countries or extra holding times as this is beyond our control. These fees are not collected at checkout and we cannot estimate what they will be. The best way to calculate these fees is to contact your local customs office.
We strongly advice against refusing parcels. If a delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, the package will be returned to us by DHL/UPS who charge a return fee and this must be covered by the customer.  Unfortunately, your store credit refunds will be given less due to the charges by DHL/UPS to return your item back to us. If we do not hear back from the customer, DHL/UPS will consider the package abandoned and will proceed to destroy said package. In these instances, you are not eligible for a refund.
