Canada Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders deliver within 3-7 business days.
Free shipping is available for orders over $500 (Not during sale events).
USA/Mexico Shipping
We ship with DHL Express. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Orders deliver within 3-5 business days.
Free shipping is available for orders over $350 (Not during sale events).
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide through DHL Express. Orders deliver within 3-7 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FUMI THE LABEL is not responsible for these charges. They are your responsibility as the customer. If the package is declined due to these charges and we pay a fee when it comes back to us, it will be taken out of your gift card upon receiving your store credit.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@fumithelabel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
